Our journey
Poland's historical aspiration to be a key NATO player, driven by a deep-seated desire for security and stability, is woven into the fabric of Vector Synergy. Positioned as the frontier of Europe, we understand the critical importance of robust defence mechanisms and cybersecurity.
Founded in 2010 by Piotr Harasimowicz, Vector Synergy emerged with a vision to deliver exceptional IT and cybersecurity solutions, emphasizing security and reliability of the staff. Starting with a small, dedicated team, we shared a mission to focus on the human aspect of cybersecurity.
While other companies compete for a limited pool of consultants with existing security clearances, we have taken a different approach. We help individuals obtain these clearances, creating a new wave of qualified professionals ready to meet the demands of sensitive projects.
Today, Vector Synergy commands over 200 consultants in the field, with thousands more in reserve, ready to tackle the most demanding challenges.
Our journey from a modest team to a NATO-certified technology partner, trusted by prestigious organizations such as NCIA, ESA, and EUROPOL, is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and the belief that security begins with people.
2010
Vector Synergy is founded.
2012
Secured our first contracts through direct tenders for NCIA.
2014
Expanded to 20 contractors, collaborating with major companies like Microsoft, MCR, Atos, and Airbus.
2016
Expanded to 70 contractors, became a key subcontractor for the NCIA Service Support Contract (later AAS), and launched the CDeX program.
2018
Selected as the prime contractor for AAS for NCIA, with 125 consultants.
2020
Expanded our team to 170 deployed consultants, collaborating with EU agencies and NATO entities.
2022
CDeX branches out as an independent company.
2023
Became present in multiple European Union countries.
2024
Expanded to the American market under the NCIA AAS+ Program, with operations starting in Norfolk, USA.
CDeX: Cyber Defence Excellence
Established in 2016 as a project within Vector Synergy, CDeX (Cyber Defence Exercise Platform) has become an independent technology company offering advanced solutions in cybersecurity.
CDeX provides a unique and advanced training cyber range that offers a fully scalable, automated, and hyper-realistic training environment. Our mission is to enhance cybersecurity readiness and resilience by equipping professionals with the skills needed to face dynamic cyber threats.

CEO & Founder of Vector Synergy
A passionate sailor and a tech visionary, Piotr Harasimowicz is guided by the "vector" concept derived from sailing—symbolizing direction, intensity, and force. Under his leadership, the company has broken new ground in IT and cybersecurity.
His love for sailing and belief in "life as a constant journey" inspired him to found the HRM Racing Foundation, dedicated to promoting physical culture and the idea that that life with a passion is a journey worth living through.
As the force behind CDeX, Vector Synergy's advanced cybersecurity initiative, Piotr continues to tackle the industry's most critical challenges. His dedication to global security earned him the top honor in Vision and Innovation from the Polish Business Roundtable in May 2023.
At Vector Synergy we believe in giving back to the community
CEO Piotr Harasimowicz's passion for sailing and the philosophy of "life as a constant journey" led to the establishment of the HRM Racing Foundation in 2015. The foundation's mission is to educate, support, and promote physical culture among children, adolescents, and adults. The Youth Staff project, in cooperation with the Polish Yachting Association, aims to professionalise young sailors and prepare them for international careers, including participation in the legendary Youth America's Cup.
Our staff is also actively engaged in charity activities such as the Ekiden race and local initiatives supporting community causes.
